Suntek Film Claim Process:
1) Retain your warranty card and your receipt (proof of purchase).

2) You will need to email a copy of your original
  a. Warranty
  b. Receipt
  c. Valid Identification (Drivers License, etc.)
  d. Picture of the windows that will need to be retinted

3) Once you have submitted everything listed above you will want to call
                              to confirm that we have received the inforamtion and to schedule
an appointment. *Please note you will be required to drop off your vehicle between

8:30 and 9:00 am and plan on leaving it for most of the day.


SunTek warrants professionally sold and installed* SunTek brand Automotive Window Film, up to
the per vehicle limits set forth below:

SunTek warrants against fading, peeling, cracking, adhesive failure, demetallization and
delamination for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle.


Solar Guard Film Claim Process:

1) Retain your warranty card and your receipt (proof of purchase).

2) Call Solar Gard directly @ 866-572-1922

3) Once approved through Solar Gard they will send you to the nearest approved Solar
Gard dealer as we no longer have a working partnership with Solar Gard.


Solar Gard warrants professionally sold and installed* SunTek brand Automotive Window Film, up
to the per vehicle limits set forth below:

Solar Gard warrants against fading, peeling, cracking, adhesive failure, demetallization and
delamination for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle.
If you need to make a warranty claim:
Here at Paladin, we make every effort to help you make sure
your window film is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.   If
by a slim chance you do need warranty work please make sure
you have your original receipt and warranty card.  

* note Suntek (manufacturer) is who actually warrants the film
